Leasing Questions

No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one-half hour before closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

Our apartment homes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.

Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment. You may pay these online by credit card; a small fee will apply. All application fees are nonrefundable. There is also an additional $150 holding fee that is required at the time of application as well. If your application is accepted, that fee will hold that apartment for you until you can move in and will be applied toward your move-in costs. If your application is declined, that fee will be refunded back to you.

You can apply online by finding the "Apply Online" button under the "Floor Plans" tab of the main menu on our property website. You can also stop in the office for a paper application during business hours or apply now.

Residents are responsible for all utilities:  gas, electricity, water/sewer, cable/internet, and trash.  For up-to-date information on utility costs, please get in touch with the office.

Security deposits start at $500 and can range to 1.5x the monthly rent amount.

Rent is always due on the first, and a $50 late fee is assessed on the 6th of every month (even on weekends and holidays).

You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.

At The Shores of Roosevelt Park Apartments, we welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home. Both cats and dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply; please get in touch with the office. Read more about our pet policy.
